Product Usage & Installation

How do I install the anti-slip bath strips?

Installation is quick and easy! First, thoroughly clean and dry your bathtub surface. Remove the backing paper from the strips and press firmly onto the tub floor, starting from one end and smoothing out air bubbles. Allow 24 hours before use for optimal adhesion.

Will the strips damage my bathtub?

No, our strips are designed to be removable without damaging most bathtub surfaces. They work well on fiberglass, acrylic, porcelain, and ceramic surfaces. For removal, use a hair dryer to warm the adhesive and peel off slowly. Any residue can be cleaned with adhesive remover.

How many strips do I need for my bathtub?

For standard bathtubs (60 inches), we recommend 12-18 strips spaced 3-4 inches apart. For smaller tubs, 8-12 strips are usually sufficient. For walk-in showers, 6-10 strips provide excellent coverage. Our Complete Safety Kit includes 24 strips, perfect for most installations.

Safety & Materials

Are the strips safe for children and elderly?

Absolutely! Our strips are specifically designed with families in mind. They provide excellent grip for all ages, including children and seniors who are at higher risk of bathroom falls. The textured surface is comfortable underfoot while providing maximum safety.

What materials are the strips made from?

Our strips are made from high-grade PEVA (polyethylene vinyl acetate) material with a medical-grade adhesive backing. They are non-toxic, BPA-free, and antimicrobial. The material is also mold and mildew resistant, making them perfect for bathroom environments.

How long do the strips last?

With proper installation and normal use, our strips typically last 2-3 years. The lifespan depends on usage frequency, cleaning products used, and water quality. We recommend replacing them when you notice reduced grip or visible wear. Signs it's time to replace include edges lifting or reduced texture.

Product Maintenance

How do I clean the anti-slip strips?

Clean with warm water and mild soap using a soft brush or cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mixture of white vinegar and water (1:1 ratio). Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive cleaners as they can damage the material and reduce grip effectiveness.

What if a strip starts to lift at the edges?

If edges start lifting, clean the area thoroughly and press the strip down firmly. You can use a hair dryer on low heat to warm the adhesive and improve bonding. If lifting continues, it's time to replace the strip. Lifting usually indicates the adhesive has reached the end of its effective life.
